Risk warning: Fixed-time trading carries a high risk of losing your entire stake on every trade. Binomo is not licensed by a government financial regulator. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

What Is Binomo?

Binomo initiated its business journey as a binary-options-style trading app in 2014. The broker now mainly uses the term “fixed-time trading” for a product where traders predict whether an asset’s price will be higher or lower than its opening price when a short countdown ends. The platform operates through two separate companies: Tiburon Corporation Limited, registered in the Seychelles, and Stagord Resources Ltd, registered in Cyprus but without a CySEC license. Neither entity offers government-backed retail investor protection provided by the trading company holding a CySEC, FCA, or ASIC license.

Instead, Binomo's compliance case is based on two industry bodies. It holds FMRRC certification – a Russian-based self-regulatory organization that reviews broker practices against its own internal standards. Secondly, the broker is a Category "A" member of the International Financial Commission, the same dispute-resolution body that also covers Olymp Trade, Pocket Option, and several other fixed-time platforms. Category A membership is the IFC's top tier, offers a compensation fund of up to €20,000 per successful claim. However, it is a voluntary industry arrangement, not a legal regulatory requirement.

Binomo covers roughly 70 to 100 tradable instruments across currency pairs, commodities, stock indices, and cryptocurrencies. All are traded through fixed-time contracts instead of traditional buy-and-hold positions. The broker also runs regular trading tournaments, where traders compete on a leaderboard for a shared prize pool. It is a feature that is not commonly found on similar platforms. Binomo claims to serve traders across more than 130 countries. The platform does not accept clients from the United States and several other strongly regulated markets. India's Reserve Bank added the platform to its alert list of unauthorized forex entities in September 2022.

For this review, BrokersProfile opened a Standard account with a $25 deposit funded by card, ran fixed-time trades across multiple sessions and asset classes. We entered into two scheduled tournaments. Additionally, we logged every support interaction and withdrawal request from start to finish. The sections below walk through exactly what we found.

Before we look at the testing results, one thing is essential to consider: Binomo focuses majorly on speed and simplicity in its marketing, as compared to its direct competitors. The interface shows only the key tools for placing trades or checking tournament leaderboards. The sign-up process is also designed to let new users start live trading instantly. This simple design makes it easier for new users to try fixed-time trading. However, the interface makes it easy to place a trade without much time to pause and think before placing a trade, so this is something new users should keep in mind.

How We Reviewed Binomo

We registered a live Standard account and deposited $25 via debit card, which is above Binomo’s $10 minimum and enough to run several test trades.

We tracked payout percentages across ten instruments at different points in the day. We placed fixed-time trades during the London and New York sessions. We joined two live tournaments to test the feature. Finally, we made withdrawal requests using two different payment methods.

Affiliation Disclosure

BrokersProfile's editorial process is kept separate from any commercial relationship we may have with Binomo. Nothing in this review is shaped by affiliate compensation.

Payout Monitoring

We recorded the displayed payout percentage on ten frequently traded assets. These included EUR/USD, gold, and several cryptocurrency contracts. We checked the same instruments at different hours to see how much the figure moved through a single trading day.

Tournament Testing

We joined two scheduled tournaments during testing: one was free and one required a paid entry. We checked the leaderboard and prize details. We also checked whether tournament trades worked differently from regular fixed-time trades on the same instruments.

Deposit and Withdrawal Testing

We funded the account by card and later requested two withdrawals. Our one withdrawal request was back to the same card, one to an e-wallet. We measured each withdrawal from the moment we submitted it until the funds were received.

Customer Support Mystery Shopping

We ran five standardized questions through live chat covering verification requirements, withdrawal timing, how the Gold and VIP tiers differ from Standard, tournament prize payout rules, and whether a swap-free or Islamic-friendly account option exists.

Regulatory Verification

We checked Binomo's FMRRC certification status and confirmed active Category A membership directly on the International Financial Commission's public member directory in 2026.

Our Testing Methodology

Testing Pillar

What We Measure and How

1. Regulatory Verification

We confirmed FMRRC certification and IFC Category A membership status directly against each body's public record, noting compensation fund tier and coverage limits.

2. Payout Monitoring

We tracked fixed-time payout percentages on ten instruments across multiple sessions to capture how figures move with volatility and time of day.

3. Order & Tournament Testing

We placed live standard fixed-time trades and entered scheduled tournaments to compare settlement accuracy and prize-structure transparency.

4. Cost Analysis

We calculated the realistic cost profile of a fixed-time trading session across two trader deposit sizes, Standard and Gold tier.

5. Platform Evaluation

We used the web and mobile apps across a two-week window, assessing chart tools, order placement speed, and cross-device account sync.

6. Customer Support Mystery Shopping

We submitted five standardized queries via live chat, scored on response time, accuracy, and first-contact resolution.

7. User Sentiment Review

We reviewed public feedback across Trustpilot and independent trading forums, segmented by rating tier to surface recurring complaints and praise.

What We Found During Our Testing

Payouts

Binomo does not quote a fixed payout number. It changes constantly based on market volatility, time of day, and upcoming news events. EUR/USD fixed-time trades paid between 76% and 88% during active London and New York hours across our ten-instrument sample. Cryptocurrency contracts were more volatile, with payouts ranging from about 68% to nearly 90%, depending on when we checked. Commodities such as gold sat in a middle band, typically 72% to 84%.

One important point: the payout shown just before you confirm a trade is the one that applies, but it can change within seconds. If traders wait too long before confirming, the payout may change. It is a normal feature of this trading style but worth knowing going in.

Tournament Experience

The tournament format was the most distinctive part of our testing. Participants trade the same set of instruments during a fixed time using the same virtual balance. Their final leaderboard position determines their share of the prize. Our free-entry tournament ran cleanly and the leaderboard updated in near real time. The prize credited to our demo-linked balance immediately once the window closed. The paid-entry tournament required a separate buy-in on top of our account balance. We found quite detailed minimum trading volume rules for winning a prize than we expected. Traders should read the specific tournament rules before entering, as qualification criteria vary between events.

Order Execution

All standard fixed-time trades settled at the end of the countdown, and the result appeared immediately in the account balance. We did not observe any discrepancy between the quoted expiry time and actual settlement. This reliable process is a key part of the product. Our tests showed it worked reliably across sessions.

Account Opening

Registration took a few minutes with just an email and password. We started trading on the demo balance immediately. We didn’t go through any further verification step to explore the platform. we needed to make a deposit before moving to a funded live account. We completed identity verification before our first withdrawal. Document review took a little under two business days.

Withdrawals

Our card withdrawal request of $15 was approved same-day. Funds appeared on the card statement roughly after two business days. The withdrawal timing depends mostly on the card network, not Binomo. Our e-wallet withdrawal moved faster end-to-end, landing within several hours of approval. Binomo did not charge a withdrawal fee for any of our tested method.

Customer Support

Live chat connected within a couple of minutes on every query and gave direct, specific answers to four of our five questions. The tournament prize-payout question required a follow-up clarification before we got a complete answer, as the first answer was too general. Support was available continuously through our testing window and they provide a broad multilingual coverage.

Our Honest Take at BrokersProfile

Binomo is clear about what it offers: a fixed-time trading platform with a wider range of instruments and a tournament feature. It does not present itself as a traditional forex broker or long-term investment platform, so users know what they are signing up for.

The corporate structure raised some concerns for us. The broker runs the brand through two separate offshore entities – one in the Seychelles, one in Cyprus without a CySEC license. It is a common pattern in this segment, but it is different from having one clearly regulated company responsible for client funds. FMRRC certification and Category A IFC membership provide a usable dispute path and a limited compensation fund. We checked both and confirmed they are still valid. However, this is industry self-regulation, and not considered as an oversight from a government financial regulator. Traders should consider that difference and not treat “certified” and “regulated” as the same thing.

Broker marketing often mixes up these terms, so it is important to explain the difference. A government regulator like the FCA or ASIC can suspend a license, force a broker to return client funds, and pursue legal action against a firm that breaches its rules. FMRRC and the IFC operate on a fundamentally different model. Membership is voluntary and the organization makes its own rules. It can mainly remove members who break them. That does not make the setup useless. A working compensation fund and an independent complaints process can still be helpful. However, this protection is still below what a licensed broker in a regulated country offers. Traders should consider this difference when deciding how much money to put at risk.

The tournament feature stands out, and we confirmed it showed the same results as it advertised. It makes short-term trading feel more like a game, which some traders may enjoy while others may not like it. Its leaderboards and prize pools may encourage traders to focus on trading more rather than making careful decisions. Keep this in mind if you tend to chase the leaderboard instead of following your trading plan.

Payouts changed during testing but were generally similar to other platforms. Cryptocurrency payouts changed a lot, so it will mislead if you compare broker payout rates without checking live figures. Our test withdrawal processing methods were straightforward. Additionally, support was responsive, except when we asked a question that needed more detail.

Our Verdict: Binomo earns a BP Score™ of 68/100 for its accessible $10 entry point, clear payout details, active FMRRC/IFC compliance status, and a distinctive tournament feature. The score is reduced by its two offshore companies, the absence of any government financial regulator, and its presence on India's RBI alert list. It is a usable option specifically for traders who want fixed-time trading with a competitive element. We would not recommend using it as your main or only trading account.

We'd also explain who this platform suits and who it doesn't. Traders who follow a clear rule for how much to risk on each trade, and treat each trade as a separate decision, and do not use new trades to recover losses may have a better experience. They should also treat tournaments as an extra feature, not the main reason to trade.

New traders, especially those without a clear trading plan, should use the demo account before trading with real money. They should ask if the leaderboard makes them trade too often.

Is Binomo Safe? – Regulation & Safety

Binomo does not hold a license from a government financial regulator. Its compliance case is built on FMRRC certification and Category A membership in the International Financial Commission. These both are industry self-regulatory arrangements rather than statutory oversight.

FMRRC certification means Binomo meets the center’s internal standards. However, FMRRC cannot legally enforce its rules like a government regulator can. Category A is the highest membership level offered by the International Financial Commission, comes with a real compensation fund. However, access to that fund depends on the IFC's own dispute process. The €20,000 limit applies to each approved claim, not to the whole account.

The Two-Entity Structure

Binomo operates through Tiburon Corporation Limited (Seychelles) and Stagord Resources Ltd (Cyprus). The Cyprus registration is sometimes cited by third parties as a point of credibility, but Stagord Resources Ltd does not hold a CySEC license. Cyprus company registration and CySEC regulation are two entirely separate things and traders should not mix them. Before depositing a large amount, check which company you are dealing with and who handles the disputes.

Security Practices

Client Fund Segregation

Binomo states that client funds are held separately from company operating capital, consistent with FMRRC and IFC member requirements. There is no independent government regulator conducting external audits of this segregation. Therefore, traders mainly rely on Binomo’s own information and the IFC’s oversight, rather than a public regulatory record.

Loss Limited to Stake

Fixed-time trades carry their own basic risk control. The maximum possible loss on any individual trade is fixed at the amount you put into that trade. You cannot lose more, even if the market moves against you. There are no margin calls or negative balances with fixed-time trading.

Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement with Binomo cannot be settled directly, IFC Category A membership provides an escalation path to independent review and potential compensation. The process is separate from national court systems. The process follows the commission’s own procedures and may take longer than a complaint process handled by a regulator.

Binomo’s payouts were similar to other fixed-time platforms. We didn’t record the highest or the lowest rates in our tests. Cryptocurrency contracts had the biggest payout range in our tests. Traders should consider this before assuming a crypto trade will pay similarly to a forex one at the same moment.

Real Cost of a Trade – Two Trader Profiles

Profile A – New Trader, Standard Account, $10 Stake, EUR/USD:

Observed payout: 82% | Stake: $10 | Potential profit if correct: approx. $8.20 | Maximum loss if incorrect: $10.00 (full stake).

You know the outcome before you place the trade with fixed-time trading. The main risk is the speed. Traders can place several trades quickly and lose money in a short time. The platform also makes it easy to trade without stopping to think.

Profile B – Gold Account Trader, $500 Deposit, EUR/USD:

Observed payout: 85% (Gold tier reflected a modest uplift over Standard in our testing) | Stake: $25 | Potential profit if correct: approx. $21.25 | Maximum loss if incorrect: $25.00.

Higher account tiers offer higher payouts, faster withdrawals, and you can access a dedicated account manager. Our testing recorded a modest payout improvement at Gold level on our compared instruments. Though traders should confirm current tier-specific figures directly in-platform, as these can be adjusted by the broker with the passage of time.

Tournament Fee Structure

Free tournaments carry no entry cost and pay real-money or bonus-fund prizes depending on the specific event. Paid tournaments require an entry fee, and the prize pool usually comes from those fees. We found the fee structure clearly disclosed before entry in both tournaments we joined. However, it was a little difficult to understand the minimum trade volume rules.

Binomo Trading Platforms

Binomo runs entirely on its own proprietary platform. Traders can access it through a web browser and dedicated iOS/Android apps. There is no MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, or TradingView access anywhere in the product. There is no desktop app, so you can only use Binomo through the browser or mobile app.

Binomo Web Platform

The web platform loads directly in-browser and puts the chart, asset list, trade ticket, and tournament tab all within a single screen. Charting tools cover the basics including candlesticks, a few standard indicators, and simple drawing tools. These tools are enough for short-term trading, but they are not as advanced as a platform like TradingView.

It offers quick navigation between the standard trading view and the tournament lobby. You can switch between demo and live trading with one button, without logging in again. We found it quite convenient during testing when we wanted to compare live payout behavior against the demo environment side by side.

Binomo Mobile App

The mobile app carries the same functionality as the web version with a layout optimized for quick trade placement. The tournament feature feels most natural at this point. Leaderboard updates and notifications keep the competition active even when you are not watching the charts. Trade placement on mobile app was responsive in our testing. We did not experience any lag during our testing.

Standard Account

Traders can fully access to fixed-time trading, tournaments, and the demo-to-live toggle through $10 Standard account. This tier covers the main features for most traders exploring the platform. There are no major extra features that force typical users to upgrade, except for higher payouts and faster withdrawals.

Gold Account

With a $500 deposit, Gold offers faster withdrawals (Binomo says within 24 hours), slightly higher payouts on some instruments, and a dedicated account contact. This tier is very important for a trader who plan to use the platform regularly and value faster withdrawals.

VIP Account

The $1,000 VIP tier advertises the platform's best available payout rates, the fastest withdrawal processing, and a dedicated personal manager. We were not able to independently verify VIP-tier payout figures within our testing deposit size. If you are upgrading mainly for higher payouts, check the current terms with support before making the larger deposit.

Demo Account

The demo account loads with virtual funds immediately and requires no deposit. It copies live pricing behavior closely to provide a useful practice environment before risking real money. It remains available alongside a live account. So, it is easy to switch back to demo mode and test an idea before trading with real money.

Binomo Markets & Instruments

Binomo's instrument list offers roughly 70–100 tradable assets depending on the time of day and trading session. All are traded through fixed-time contracts instead of traditional buy-and-hold CFD positions.

The broker offers the similar instruments range as other fixed-time platforms. However, it is much smaller than the stock and ETF selection offered by dedicated CFD brokers. Traders can trade outside normal market hours using the broker’s own pricing through Binomo’s weekend OTC markets. This is common on similar platforms but is different from live interbank pricing.

For forex, Binomo mainly offers major and minor currency pairs with high retail trading volume, instead of a wide range of less common exotic pairs. That makes sense for a platform focused on short-term trades. The available pairs usually have more stable prices, which suits short-term fixed-time trading better than less-traded exotic pairs.

The cryptocurrency selection is smaller than the forex list, but we saw more activity during testing. The wider payout changes we recorded for these contracts supported this finding.

Binomo Execution & Speed

We consider fixed-time settlement as a main execution measure here, not order-fill speed, because the core product does not use traditional market orders.

Metric

Binomo (Observed)

Fixed-time settlement accuracy

Matched displayed countdown in every test trade

Tournament leaderboard update speed

Near real-time during both tournaments tested

Payout display responsiveness

Updated smoothly with market movement, no visible lag

Platform responsiveness (web/mobile)

Fast, minimal lag during normal and volatile sessions

Settlement accuracy was consistent across all our trades, with each trade ending at the displayed countdown time. The platform was responsive during faster-moving sessions. We didn't experience lag when placing trades or checking the tournament leaderboard during more active periods.

We also checked if trades placed just before a payout change settled at a different rate than the one shown when we confirmed the trade. We did not observe that behavior during our testing. The final result always used the payout shown when we confirmed the trade.

Opening an Account with Binomo – Step-by-Step

Step #1: Explore the Demo

Visit Binomo's platform and access the demo account directly with virtual funds. This step needs no registration. This is a useful way to get comfortable with the interface and understand payout behavior before creating a live account.

Step #2: Register

Sign up with an email address and password, or via a supported social login option. Confirm your email through the verification link. No additional personal information is required to reach this point.

Step #3: Fund Your Account

Choose a payment method. Binomo supports card payments, e-wallets, and a range of regional options depending on your country. The minimum deposit is $10.

Step #4: Verify Your Identity

Before your first withdrawal, upload a government-issued photo ID and complete a short liveness check. Our verification took just under two business days to clear. If you complete this process early before you plan to withdraw, it avoids any delay when you actually want to withdraw funds.

Step #5: Trade and Enter Tournaments

Place fixed-time trades from the main interface. Check the tournament tab for scheduled free and paid-entry competitions if that feature interests you.

Binomo Deposit & Withdrawal

Binomo does not charge deposit fees, and standard withdrawals are also fee-free. Though processing speed depends on the payment method and your account tier.

Our card withdrawal of $15 was approved the same day. Our funds appeared on the card statement about two business days later. Binomo didn’t charge any fee on either transaction.

Withdrawal Speed by Account Tier

Gold and VIP accounts offer faster withdrawals than Standard accounts. We conducted our test on a Standard-tier account. If you want to upgrade mainly for faster withdrawals, check the current processing times with support before making a larger deposit.

Binomo Leverage

Traditional CFD leverage does not apply to Binomo’s fixed-time trading. Your maximum loss is the amount you trade, unlike a leveraged CFD where borrowed money can increase your risk. Traders coming from a forex or CFD background looking for a "leverage" figure will not find one here, because the product is structurally different. There is no margin or borrowed money, and you cannot lose more than the amount you put into one trade.

It is essential to underline it as both a safety feature and a limitation. It removes the risk of a margin call or a negative balance. However, it also means Binomo isn't a fit for traders specifically looking for leveraged forex or CFD exposure. For this, a broker offering leveraged products is a better comparison than a fixed-time trading platform.

Country Availability

Binomo states it serves traders in more than 130 countries. However, it is essential to consider its restricted list and regulatory flags carefully before signing up.

India deserves particular attention here. Binomo is not clearly listed on a "banned" list the way some jurisdictions operate. However, the Reserve Bank of India included it in its alert list of platforms not authorized to deal in forex under FEMA, alongside dozens of other unauthorized entities. Banks must monitor and report payments to listed platforms, while Indian users of Binomo do not have protection from Indian financial regulators. Traders anywhere should check Binomo's current terms page and their own local regulatory guidance before making deposits. Traders should know that restricted-country policies and regulator alert lists both change over time.

More broadly, a broker's restricted-country list and any regulator alert-list inclusion are two separate pieces of information. Therefore, we'd encourage any trader from any country to check these lists independently. Traders can technically access a platform from a given country when it is still listed on a regulator's warning list for that same country. Traders may face legal and practical risks when trading from a flagged country, even if they can register. If you are unsure, check your national regulator’s guidance directly instead of relying only on the broker’s terms.

Binomo Education & Research

Binomo has an education section covering basic fixed-time trading lessons, simple technical analysis, and platform guides in articles and videos. The material is specifically designed for beginners learning how the main product works rather than on detailed research for long-term trading. This fits the platform’s focus, but its educational content is less detailed than what many forex and CFD brokers offer.

Higher account tiers get access to additional guidance. On the other hand, traders at VIP level can get a personal account contact who can offer strategy input. We'd still encourage any trader, regardless of tier to use this material as a starting point, not as complete education. We recommend traders to spend time on the demo account to understand how payout percentages change before trading with real money.

We also looked for practical risk-management advice on stake size, loss limits, and avoiding chasing losses. We found less risk-management guidance than we would like for such a fast-paced product. Some guidance appears in help articles and support replies, but it is not as visible as the sign-up and deposit sections. This is common among fixed-time platforms, but it is worth highlighting because the fast pace makes clear risk warnings more important.

Binomo Mobile Trading

The Binomo mobile app is available on iOS and Android. It offers the same features as the web platform and works well for this type of trading. The broker supports the rapid trade placement and easy to use tournament tab. Its push notifications show leaderboard updates and account activity without keeping the app open.

Fixed-time trading involves quick, repeated trades, so the mobile experience is especially important. Binomo’s app is designed with this in mind. We found no gap between the mobile and web experience during our testing. We noticed a consistent settlement accuracy and payout display across both.

Binomo Overnight Funding / Swap Rates

Because Binomo's core product is fixed-time trading and it doesn’t offer leveraged CFD positions. Therefore, there is no conventional overnight swap or financing charge on the vast majority of trades placed through the platform. Every fixed-time contract settles within its own preset window and does not roll over.

Broker

Overnight Financing on Core Product

Binomo

Not applicable – fixed-time contracts settle within their own window

Olymp Trade

Applies to CFD positions only; not applicable to Fixed Time Trades

Conventional CFD Broker

Applies nightly to any open leveraged position

This is an important point to understand, rather than a competitive advantage or disadvantage. Binomo is not designed for trades that stay open for several days, so swap rates do not apply. Traders specifically looking to hold leveraged positions overnight for an extended period should look at a broker offering conventional CFD trading.

Binomo VPS Hosting & Algorithmic Trading

Binomo does not support Expert Advisors, algorithmic trading, or any form of automated execution. There is no MetaTrader access, no proprietary API for building custom automated systems, and therefore no VPS hosting service. There is no algorithmic trading system, as the platform does not support one. Traders would place manual trade on the platform, including tournament entries. This is a firm limitation for any trader whose strategy depends on automated or systematic execution. Binomo is built for manual trading, from fixed-time contracts to tournaments. Traders who want algo-trading tools will need another platform.

Not Suitable For

  • Traders who want conventional leveraged CFD or forex trading as Binomo's core product is fixed-time trading with a capped stake-based risk model, not margin-based CFD exposure
  • Traders who need MetaTrader, cTrader, or any third-party platform access as Binomo runs exclusively on its own proprietary web and mobile platform
  • Traders who require algorithmic or Expert Advisor support as there is no API, EA environment, or VPS infrastructure available
  • Traders specifically seeking government-regulated broker protection as Binomo's compliance rests on FMRRC certification and IFC Category A membership rather than a licensed financial regulator
  • Indian residents concerned about regulatory standing, given Binomo's inclusion on the RBI's 2022 alert list of unauthorized forex platforms
  • Traders who tend to chase competition, as the tournament feature may encourage them to trade more often than planned.
  • Traders who want a broad multi-asset instrument library as the roughly 70–100 tradable assets are narrower than what dedicated multi-asset CFD brokers offer

Choose Binomo If… / Don't Choose If…

Choose Binomo If:

  • You specifically want fixed-time trading with a known maximum loss and a live payout percentage shown before every trade
  • You want to start with a very small deposit as the $10 minimum applies across most funding methods
  • You're interested in trading tournaments as Binomo's competitive leaderboard format is a genuine differentiator we don't see consistently elsewhere
  • You want to test the product risk-free first as the demo account requires no deposit and mirrors live pricing behavior
  • You live in a country where Binomo operates and you've already weighed the offshore, non-government-regulated structure as part of your own risk assessment
  • You want simple, fast mobile trade placement without needing to learn a complex charting platform

Don't Choose Binomo If:

  • You live in India or another jurisdiction where Binomo has been specifically flagged by a local financial regulator
  • You want leveraged CFD or forex trading with margin, since fixed-time contracts work on an entirely different risk model
  • You need algorithmic trading, an API, or VPS support as none of these exist on Binomo's platform
  • You want government-regulator-backed protection as opposed to industry self-regulation through FMRRC and the IFC
  • You're concerned about gamified trading formats as the tournament feature may not suit a trader focused purely on disciplined, plan-based decision-making

Binomo is similar to Olymp Trade and Pocket Option in accessibility, payout transparency, and support. Its tournament feature also sets it apart from these platforms. Against IQ Option, which operates a CySEC-regulated EU entity for qualifying clients, Binomo's regulatory position is comparatively weaker for European traders specifically. Comparing Binomo with a Tier-1-regulated broker like Tickmill is not a direct comparison. The two platforms are designed for different trading styles and risk levels.

The clearest way to compare them is to look at what each platform is designed for. Tickmill and similar brokers are built around raw execution quality and tight spreads. They support multi-day or multi-week position management under strong regulatory oversight. The product is traditional forex and CFD trading. Binomo, Olymp Trade, and Pocket Option focus on short-term trades with a fixed, known outcome. They also offer different game-like and easy-to-use features. Neither type is better than the other. They are designed for different trading needs. Do not compare a fixed-time platform’s BP Score™ directly with an ECN broker’s score. Both use the same main criteria, but a lower regulatory score here reflects a different level of regulatory oversight, not weaker trade execution.

Final Verdict

Binomo is clear about what it offers as a fixed-time trading platform, and that clarity is valuable even before considering its drawbacks. The $10 minimum deposit, the no-cost demo account, and the well-built mobile app remove almost every barrier for new traders to trying the product. Our testing showed reliable settlement, with every trade ending when the countdown reached zero. We noticed the extraordinary tournament feature along a competitive element that similar platforms do not offer in the same way.

The trade-offs are real, too. Binomo runs on FMRRC certification and IFC Category A membership rather than a government financial license. Its brand sits behind two separate offshore entities. Additionally, India's Reserve Bank flagged it on an alert list of unauthorized platforms back in 2022. Binomo does not offer MetaTrader or algorithmic trading. Payouts, especially for cryptocurrency contracts, also changed a lot during our testing, so headline rates do not show the full picture. None of this makes Binomo a scam; the compensation fund and dispute process through the IFC are real and verifiable. However, its regulatory protection is lower than what a Tier-1 licensed broker offers. So, traders should understand this before using the platform.

Our Verdict: Binomo earns its BP Score™ of 68/100 as a functional, low-deposit fixed-time trading platform with a distinctive tournament feature. It is best suited to traders in accepted countries who understand exactly what fixed-time trading is and are prepared to risk only what they can afford to lose. Traders wanting conventional leveraged CFD trading, algorithmic support, or the protection of a government-regulated broker will be better served by a platform built around that model instead.
