Risk warning: CFDs are complex products that carry a high risk of rapid losses due to leverage. Make sure you understand how they work and can afford the risk before trading.

What Is Noor Capital?

Noor Capital is an Abu Dhabi-based investment house that has offered forex and CFD trading since 2005. It began as Noor Capital PSC, a private joint-stock company registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development. Today, its business also covers wealth management, investment advice and fund administration.

Unlike brokers that focus mainly on online trading, Noor Capital puts more emphasis on local service and personal contact. It has offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, giving Gulf-based clients the option to meet its team in person.

In March 2023, Noor Capital acquired House of Borse, an FCA-authorized UK firm established in 2014. The company was renamed Noor Capital UK Limited in January 2024. It mainly serves professional and institutional clients, while the UAE business handles its regional brokerage activity.

Mohammed Younis became permanent CEO of the brokerage division in January 2026, after nine months as acting head. We also found references to offshore entities linked to the brand, but could not verify an active license for them. This review therefore focuses on the UAE and UK companies, whose regulatory status we could confirm.

Noor Capital may appeal to Gulf-based traders who value local regulation, physical offices and personal support. However, its trading costs, leverage limits and range of services may not suit everyone. We examined its licenses, accounts, fees, platforms and service to see where it fits.

How We Reviewed Noor Capital

We prepared this review in October 2026 using Noor Capital’s published trading conditions, CMA and FCA registers, UK Companies House records, third-party broker databases and public user reviews. Cost and execution comparisons use BrokersProfile’s own 2026 live test results for other brokers.

We divided the research into five areas.

Check The Licenses

We reviewed license details for both entities from regulator records and third-party databases, including status and any reported warnings or enforcement. We also read the latest Companies House filing for the UK arm.

Price The Real Costs

We collected Noor Capital's published spreads, commissions and fees. Then we priced a standard lot for two trader profiles against brokers we have tested live.

Review The Execution Model

We read Noor Capital's execution terms and order model, then compared them with our live execution data for peer brokers.

Follow The Money

We reviewed funding methods, processing times, minimums and AML rules, plus user reports on withdrawals.

Check The People

We reviewed support channels, hours, languages and contact points, and read user feedback on account managers.

BrokersProfile keeps full editorial control. Any commercial relationship with Noor Capital has no effect on our scores or findings.

Our Testing Methodology

Every BrokersProfile review runs on the same seven pillars. That way a Noor Capital score sits on the same scale as Tickmill, Swissquote or Deriv.

Pillar

How we measure it

1. Regulation

Manual checks of CMA and FCA registers, plus UK Companies House filings

2. Spreads

Published broker terms and third-party data, compared with BrokersProfile live-test benchmarks

3. Execution

Published execution terms, compared with BrokersProfile tests of other brokers

4. Total cost

Cost estimates for two trader profiles: casual and active

5. Platforms

Feature review of MT4, MT5, WebTrader and the GTN app

6. Support

7. User sentiment

Reviews from Trustpilot, Forex Peace Army and broker directories

We give the most weight to regulation and trading costs. Good platforms and tools have limited value if your funds lack proper protection or trading fees are too high.

What We Found During Our Testing

Spreads

Noor Capital lists typical EUR/USD spreads of 1.5–2.0 pips on its commission-free Standard account, although minimums can fall to 0.4 pips in quiet markets. Third-party data puts the UK Standard account average at around 1.9 pips. Our 2026 tests recorded 1.00 pip at Pepperstone Standard and 0.70 pips at Admirals Trade.MT5, making Noor Capital more expensive on the figures available.

Noor Capital does not publish typical spreads for gold, indices or most currency pairs. You can check live quotes on its free MT4 or MT5 demo before depositing.

Execution

Noor Capital uses market execution through an STP model, so trades are not subject to requotes. However, it does not publish average execution times or slippage figures, and we found no independent latency data. Its UK entity operates as a matched principal broker, taking the other side of a client’s trade only when it has a corresponding trade with a liquidity provider.

Account Opening

Account registration and funding take place through the MyNoor client portal. Card and e-wallet deposits are credited instantly, while bank transfers take 1–3 business days. For the UK entity, treasury requests submitted before 11:00 UK time are processed within two working days.

Withdrawals

Noor Capital processes withdrawals within 24–72 hours and charges no withdrawal fee. The minimum amount is $50, and funds must be returned to the original payment method. Public reviews report delays when the compliance team requests additional documents during the process.

Support

Noor Capital offers 24/5 support by phone, email and live chat in Arabic and English. Clients can also visit its offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for in-person help. However, the broker does not publish response-time targets.

Our Honest Take at BrokersProfile

Noor Capital puts local presence and regulation ahead of low trading costs. For UAE residents who prefer dealing with a CMA-licensed (formerly SCA) firm, it offers a 20-year local history, offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and Arabic- and English-speaking staff. Clients can also visit an office in person, which is useful for those who value face-to-face support.

Trading costs are Noor Capital’s main weakness. Its 1.5–2.0 pip EUR/USD spread on the Standard account works out to about $15–$20 per standard lot, before swaps. At 20 lots a month, that adds up to $300–$400 in spread costs. The same volume on raw-spread accounts at Tickmill or IC Markets costs about half as much. Noor Capital’s lower-cost, commission-based accounts are offered through its UK entity and aimed at professional clients, so most Gulf retail traders cannot access them.

There are also some warning signs. Noor Capital UK’s revenue fell 83% in its latest reported year. Public reviews are limited, but several describe account managers encouraging clients to increase their positions or deposits. These claims are unverified, and the small sample makes it difficult to draw firm conclusions. Still, they are worth keeping in mind. Stick to your own trading plan and be cautious of anyone promising a “sure thing.”

Our verdict: Noor Capital earns a BP Score™ of 62/100. It may suit Gulf traders who value regulation, Arabic-language support and in-person service more than low trading costs. Price-sensitive, high-volume and algorithmic traders may find better value with other brokers.

Is Noor Capital Safe? – Regulation & Safety

Noor Capital is an established broker regulated by the UAE’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA), formerly the SCA, and the UK’s FCA. However, the protection you receive depends on which legal entity holds your account, so check your account agreement and confirm its license before depositing.

Both licenses appear in third-party regulatory databases, and we found no reported enforcement action or warning against either entity as of October 2026. Before depositing, verify Noor Capital UK Limited on the FCA Register (FRN 631382) and check the UAE company against the CMA’s licensed companies list.

What the CMA License Means for You

From 1 January 2026, the SCA became the Capital Markets Authority (CMA). Existing SCA rules still apply until the CMA replaces them. The CMA regulates licensed brokers, sets capital requirements and oversees how they market leveraged products. Its rules provide local oversight and client-fund safeguards, but the UAE has no retail compensation scheme like the UK’s FSCS. If a broker fails, clients rely on fund-segregation rules and the firm’s available assets, not a government-backed payout.

What The FCA License Means

The FCA is a major UK financial regulator. Its rules require firms to segregate client funds and provide retail clients with negative balance protection. Retail leverage is capped at 1:30, and eligible clients can access the Financial Ombudsman Service and FSCS protection of up to £85,000.

However, Noor Capital UK mainly serves professional and institutional clients. Professional clients lose some retail protections, including leverage limits and, in many cases, negative balance protection. Most Gulf-based retail traders will use Noor Capital’s UAE entity instead.

Financial Health

Noor Capital PSC is privately held and does not publish group accounts, but its UK subsidiary files financial statements. For the year ending March 2026, Noor Capital UK reported an 83% drop in turnover, a £297,054 loss and cash reserves of £830,472, down by half. Companies House also records 10 director resignations since 2014. Client funds are held in segregated accounts, which helps protect them if the firm faces financial trouble. However, the UK entity’s declining revenue and cash reserves are worth monitoring. We will review its next filing for further changes.

What Users Say

Public feedback on Noor Capital is limited. FastBull reported a Trustpilot score of 2.5/5 from just 18 reviews in June 2026, while Forex Peace Army lists only a handful of user reports. This small sample is not enough to draw firm conclusions, but several complaints point to recurring concerns.

Positive reviews mention the option to visit an office, free training and personal help from account managers. Negative feedback focuses on three areas: withdrawal delays caused by additional compliance checks, spreads widening during volatile markets, and relationship managers encouraging larger trades or deposits. Some reviewers also say they suffered heavy losses after following that advice. These are user-reported claims, not independently verified findings.

We treat these reports as warning signs, not proof of misconduct. They highlight the risks of relying too heavily on account managers for trading decisions. Follow your own trading plan, avoid positions you cannot afford to lose, and keep written records of any disputes. This gives you evidence if you need to file a complaint with the CMA.

Security Practices & Risk Management Tools

Segregated client money

Noor Capital states that retail client funds are held in segregated bank accounts, separate from the company’s own money, under both its CMA- and FCA-regulated entities. This helps protect client funds if the broker becomes insolvent, although segregation does not guarantee full recovery.

Negative balance protection

Negative balance protection is required for retail clients under FCA rules. However, Noor Capital does not publish a clear, account-wide guarantee for its UAE entity, and third-party reviews suggest the protection may not apply across all non-UK divisions. Unless your client agreement confirms it, assume your balance could fall below zero during a sharp market move.

Strict anti-money-laundering checks

Noor Capital applies strict anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Withdrawals must go back to the original deposit method, and the account holder’s name must match the card or bank account exactly. Third-party payments are not accepted. These checks help prevent fraud, but public reviews often link them to withdrawal delays.

Tools to control risk

Both MT4 and MT5 support stop-loss, take-profit and trailing-stop orders across all accounts. MT5 also offers six pending order types and a depth-of-market window. Third-party listings for UK accounts show a 100% margin call and 50% stop-out level. The UK entity also uses tiered dynamic margin, increasing requirements as position sizes grow and limiting exposure on larger trades.

Our tip: Use a stop-loss on every trade and keep leverage well below 1:100. At 1:100 leverage, a 1% move against a fully leveraged position can wipe out your initial margin.

Noor Capital Spreads & Trading Costs

Noor Capital offers two pricing models, depending on which entity holds your account:

UAE Standard account: No commission. All trading costs are included in the floating spread. Published EUR/USD spreads range from 1.5 to 2.0 pips, with minimums as low as 0.4 pips in quiet markets.

UK Silver, Gold and Platinum accounts: Raw market spreads plus a commission per $100,000 traded. The commission rate decreases as monthly trading volume increases.

One standard forex lot represents $100,000 in trading volume, making the Silver commission $7 per lot. This is in line with IC Markets. Gold and Platinum offer lower rates, but the best pricing requires monthly volume of $100 million, or around 1,000 standard lots. Few retail traders are likely to reach that level.

Non-trading fees

Noor Capital charges no deposit or withdrawal fees. However, sources disagree on inactivity fees: FastBull reports none, while InvestorTrip lists a charge after six months without activity. Confirm the current policy in writing. Trades in currencies different from your account's base currency may also incur a conversion markup of around 0.15%–0.50% over the spot rate.

Real Cost of a Trade

The advertised spread is only part of the cost. Here is what a standard lot of EUR/USD costs for two typical Noor Capital clients.

Casual swing trader: 5 lots a month

A part-time trader using the UAE Standard account trades 5 standard lots a month and holds most positions for two nights.

  • Spread: 1.5–2.0 pips, or $15–$20 per lot
  • Commission: $0
  • Swap: Varies by currency pair and appears in MT5 contract specifications
  • Monthly spread cost: $75–$100, plus any swaps

At the published spread, 5 lots cost $75–$100 in spread charges each month. This may be manageable for a part-time trader who values local regulatory oversight and Arabic-language support.

Active day trader: 20 lots a month

An active trader using the same Standard account trades 20 standard lots a month and closes every position before rollover.

An active trader on Noor Capital's Standard account could pay more than twice the cost of trading with a raw-spread competitor. The UK Silver account narrows the gap, but it is offered through Noor Capital's UK entity, which mainly serves professional clients.

Bottom line: Noor Capital's pricing may suit low-volume traders who value local service. Its retail Standard account is expensive for active traders.

Noor Capital Trading Platforms

Noor Capital keeps its platform range simple. It offers MT4 and MT5 for CFD trading, plus a separate app for real shares. It does not support cTrader, offer a direct TradingView connection or have its own CFD platform.

MetaTrader 4

MT4 remains a common choice among Noor Capital clients, particularly those who joined through its UAE entity years ago. It is stable and familiar, with thousands of free indicators and Expert Advisors available online. However, it is an older platform with only nine timeframes, no built-in economic calendar and a slower strategy tester. It makes sense if you already use MQL4 tools.

MetaTrader 5

MT5 is the main choice for new accounts and the only MetaTrader platform offered by Noor Capital UK. It provides 21 timeframes, depth of market, a built-in economic calendar and a multi-threaded strategy tester for Expert Advisors. You can use it on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and through a web browser.

WebTrader

The MT4 and MT5 web terminals require no download, making them useful on a work laptop or shared computer. However, they offer fewer charting features and do not run Expert Advisors. Use them for quick access, not as your main trading setup.

GTN Stock Trading App

One distinctive feature is Noor Capital's real-share trading app, offered through its partnership with Global Trading Network. It lets clients buy and hold shares listed on US, European and Middle Eastern exchanges. These are actual shares, not CFDs. Gulf-based investors can manage real shares and CFD trades through one local broker, which adds convenience for those who want both options.

Noor Capital Account Types

Noor Capital's account options depend on the legal entity. UAE clients get one main live account, while UK clients can choose from three tiers based on trading volume.

Standard Account

This is the main account for most retail clients. The minimum deposit is $100 in USD or AED. You can trade on MT4 or MT5 with no commission, but the spread is your main trading cost. It may suit someone who trades a few times a week and prefers straightforward pricing. Some Noor Academy benefits reportedly require a balance of at least $1,500.

Islamic Account

Noor Capital offers swap-free accounts, which you can request during registration. These accounts do not charge or pay overnight interest. The broker can withdraw swap-free status if it detects misuse, such as using the account to profit from carry trades. Noor Capital does not clearly state whether an administration fee applies to positions held for several days, so confirm this before trading.

Silver, Gold and Platinum (UK)

These accounts offer raw spreads with commissions that decrease as monthly trading volume increases. Your tier is reviewed and reset each month based on your trading activity. They mainly serve professional and institutional clients, so you may need to provide extra details about your trading experience and financial position before approval.

Demo Account

Noor Capital offers a free demo account on MT4 and MT5 with live prices. You can use it to check spreads and test the platforms before depositing. The broker does not publish how long demo accounts remain active, so ask support about the expiry period.

Two features set Noor Capital apart. It still offers soft commodities such as cocoa, coffee and sugar, which some mid-sized brokers no longer provide. It also gives Gulf-based investors access to real shares through GTN, allowing them to own stocks instead of trading only CFDs.

Crypto is Noor Capital's main gap. Traders looking for a wider range of crypto CFDs may want to compare Deriv or Admirals. Forex coverage includes major and minor pairs, but the exotic selection is smaller than at large multi-asset brokers offering 60–70 pairs.

Noor Capital Execution & Speed

Noor Capital uses an STP model with market execution. Orders are sent to liquidity providers for execution at the best available price, so requotes should not occur. However, slippage is still possible during fast markets and can work in either direction.

Noor Capital does not publish average execution times. The table below uses BrokersProfile's 2026 live-test results for other brokers as a benchmark. You can use Noor Capital's free demo to test its execution speed before opening a live account.

Peer figures come from BrokersProfile's 2026 live testing series.

What this means: Noor Capital's STP market execution model means trades should not be requoted. However, the broker does not publish latency or slippage data, so we cannot compare its execution speed with these peers.

For most swing and position traders, execution below 100 ms is generally fast enough. Scalpers and EA users who target small price movements should compare these results with specialist ECN brokers in the table.

Opening an Account with Noor Capital: Step by Step

You open an account through the MyNoor client portal. Most of the process involves uploading your documents, and approval time depends on how quickly the compliance team reviews them.

1.     Start Your Application

Visit the Noor Capital website and click Open Account. Enter your name, email address, phone number and country of residence. Your country determines which legal entity handles your account. UAE and GCC residents are directed to Noor Capital PSC, regulated by the CMA (formerly SCA).

2.     Confirm Your Email and Phone

Click the link in the welcome email and enter the code sent by SMS.

3.     Fill In Your Profile

Add your residential address, employment details, income, net worth and source of funds. You will also complete a short quiz about your trading knowledge. Answer honestly, as your responses help the broker assess whether CFDs are suitable for you.

4.     Upload Your Documents

UAE residents need an Emirates ID and proof of address, such as a utility bill or tenancy contract issued within the past three months. Clients from other countries need a passport or national ID, along with proof of address.

5.     Pick Your Account

Choose Standard or Islamic, your base currency (USD or AED) and MT4 or MT5.

6.     Fund and Trade

Make a deposit of at least $100 by card, bank transfer or e-wallet. Card and e-wallet payments are usually credited instantly. Then download MT4 or MT5, sign in using the details in your welcome email and place your first trade.

Tip: Make sure the name on your card or bank account matches your Noor Capital profile exactly. Any mismatch can delay or block a withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal is usually $50. Accounts use USD or AED as their base currency, so UAE clients can avoid conversion fees by depositing and withdrawing in dirhams.

Withdrawal Rules at a Glance

Noor Capital states that it processes withdrawals within 24–72 hours, with a $50 minimum and no withdrawal fee. Card refunds may take longer, depending on the issuer's settlement time. International bank transfers can also be delayed by intermediary banks. For the UK entity, requests submitted before 11:00 UK time are processed within two working days.

Why Some Users Report Delays

Public complaints about Noor Capital often mention withdrawal delays. These usually relate to three requirements:

  • Withdrawals must go back to the original deposit method.
  • The payment method must be in the account holder’s name.
  • The compliance team may request updated documents, such as a recent bank statement, before releasing funds.

These checks are common among regulated brokers. Submit your documents early and use a payment method in your own name to help avoid delays.

Noor Capital Leverage

Noor Capital takes a cautious approach to leverage. This can help limit risk for beginners, but it may restrict traders who need higher leverage to open larger positions with less margin.

Our view: Noor Capital may suit traders based in the GCC who value local regulation and in-person support. Traders elsewhere may find brokers with local licenses, lower trading costs and a wider range of tools.

Noor Capital Customer Support

Support is one of Noor Capital’s stronger areas, with local staff available 24/5 in Arabic and English by phone, email and live chat. GCC clients can also visit its Abu Dhabi or Dubai office for face-to-face assistance. This gives clients a direct way to speak with the team in person.

Noor Capital does not publish response-time targets. User reviews praise its bilingual staff and in-person support, although some report slow replies when withdrawals are under compliance review.

The broker also assigns relationship managers who may contact clients with trade ideas. Some public reviews claim these calls encouraged them to open larger positions or deposit more money. A relationship manager can help with paperwork and platform questions, but trading decisions should remain yours.

Noor Capital Education & Research

Noor Capital places a strong emphasis on education, with particular attention to Arabic-speaking clients. Its learning resources cover market basics, trading strategies and platform use, helping beginners build their knowledge before moving to live trading.

Noor Academy

Noor Academy offers structured online and classroom courses, including a Nanodiploma program that takes students from trading basics to strategy development. In-person classes give local clients another way to learn, a feature not commonly offered by online brokers in the region. However, access to some premium course content reportedly requires a funded account balance of around $1,500.

Noor Trends

Noor Trends is Noor Capital’s news and analysis portal. It provides daily technical charts, weekly economic outlooks and macroeconomic updates in Arabic and English. Much of the coverage focuses on gold, oil, major currency pairs and Gulf markets, giving regional traders analysis of the assets they follow most.

Noor Capital hosts free live webinars scheduled around GCC trading hours. MT5 also includes an economic calendar and a standard set of technical indicators. However, the broker does not offer built-in tools such as Autochartist or Trading Central, or advanced charting comparable to TradingView. Traders who need deeper technical analysis will need an external charting tool.

Noor Capital Mobile Trading

Noor Capital offers two mobile trading options: MetaTrader for CFDs and the GTN-powered app for real shares. Both are available on iOS and Android, but each serves a different purpose.

MT4 and MT5 Mobile Apps

The MT4 and MT5 apps give you access to your Noor Capital CFD account from your phone or tablet. You can view charts, open and close trades, modify orders, set stop-loss and take-profit levels, and check your account history.

MT5 adds more chart timeframes and a built-in economic calendar. Mobile orders connect to the same trading servers as desktop orders, so you can manage positions while away from your computer.

GTN Stock Trading App

The GTN-powered app is designed for trading real shares listed on US, European and regional exchanges. It supports market, limit, stop, OCO and trailing-stop orders, along with price alerts. Tablet users also get a multi-chart layout for monitoring several stocks at once.

What Could Be Better?

Noor Capital does not offer one mobile app that combines everything. You need separate apps for CFD and share trading, while deposits and withdrawals are handled through the MyNoor web portal. This means switching between apps to manage different parts of your account.

Noor Capital Overnight Funding & Swap Rates

Noor Capital charges or pays an overnight swap when you keep a position open past the daily server rollover. The rate depends on the interest rate difference between the two currencies, along with the broker's markup. Wednesday swaps are tripled to account for the weekend.

The broker does not publish swap rates on its website. To check the current long and short rates for an instrument, open MT5, right-click the symbol and select Specification.

Noor Capital does not publish swap rates, so we cannot compare its overnight costs with our broker benchmarks. Check the relevant instrument's MT5 specifications before holding a position overnight.

The broker also offers a swap-free account for clients who follow Islamic finance principles or prefer to avoid overnight interest. Before applying, ask support to confirm in writing whether any administration or holding fee replaces the swap after a certain number of days.

Noor Capital VPS Hosting & Algorithmic Trading

VPS Hosting

Noor Capital does not advertise a free or discounted VPS in its account terms or on its website. This puts it behind brokers such as Admirals and ThinkMarkets, which offer free VPS hosting when clients meet certain balance or trading-volume requirements, and Tickmill, which provides a BeeksFX VPS discount.

You can still rent a VPS from a third-party provider. A London or Equinix LD4-based server typically costs around $25–$50 per month. Ask Noor Capital where its MT5 servers are located, then choose a VPS nearby to help reduce latency.

Algorithmic Trading

Both MT4 and MT5 support Expert Advisors (EAs), custom indicators and scripts. Noor Capital's published terms do not list specific restrictions on trading strategies. However, third-party sources disagree about whether scalping is permitted, so confirm the policy for your account's legal entity in writing. MT5 is better suited to EA testing because its strategy tester supports multi-threaded processing.

Noor Capital does not offer a public API, cTrader Automate or a direct TradingView Pine Script connection. Developers who work outside MetaTrader may find integration options limited. However, traders who use MQL4 or MQL5 have the tools they need to build and run automated strategies.

Good to know: Noor Capital may restrict strategies that exploit swap-free terms. Check your account agreement before running a carry-trading EA on an Islamic account.

Noor Capital vs. Other Brokers

Gulf traders often compare Noor Capital with international brokers such as Exness, Pepperstone and IC Markets. The key differences are local regulation, trading costs, platform choice and support. Here is how Noor Capital compares across these areas.

Noor Capital vs. Equiti

Both brokers focus on the Gulf and hold local and UK licenses. Equiti offers a raw-spread account through its regional entity, giving active traders another pricing option that Noor Capital does not provide. Noor Capital offers real-share trading and classroom training, while Equiti may suit traders who prioritize lower trading costs.

Noor Capital vs. ADSS

ADSS is also based in Abu Dhabi and regulated by the CMA (formerly SCA). Its Standard account spreads are reported at around 1.2 pips, and it offers a proprietary trading platform. Noor Capital provides MT5 access and real-share trading through its GTN app, giving traders a different platform and investment setup.

Noor Capital vs. Tickmill

Tickmill offers lower trading costs, with an all-in EUR/USD cost of about $7 per standard lot and average fills of 69 ms in our test. Noor Capital does not match it on pricing or trading tools, but offers CMA regulation and walk-in support in the UAE. Tickmill's DFSA-regulated entity mainly serves professional clients, so retail traders may need to use another legal entity.

Noor Capital vs. Swissquote

Swissquote is a publicly listed Swiss bank with greater financial scale and a much wider product range. Noor Capital is smaller, with a lower $100 entry deposit and a stronger focus on Arabic-speaking clients. It may appeal to Gulf traders who value local support and a more accessible starting point.

Not Suitable For

Scalpers and active day traders on a tight budget: The 1.5–2.0 pip Standard spread makes frequent trading expensive. The lower-cost Silver account is mainly available to UK professional clients.

Traders who need high leverage: The UAE entity's 1:100 cap is lower than the 1:500–1:2,000 leverage offered by some offshore brokers.

Crypto CFD traders: Noor Capital's crypto selection is limited or unavailable.

TradingView, cTrader and API users: CFD trading is limited to MT4 and MT5, with no public API or direct TradingView integration.

Traders outside the GCC: Those with access to locally regulated brokers offering lower costs may find better options in their own markets.

Clients who need compensation protection: The UAE entity does not offer a government-backed compensation scheme, while UK protection depends on eligibility and client classification.

Automated traders who need free VPS hosting or advanced analysis tools: Noor Capital does not advertise a free VPS or provide built-in pattern-recognition tools.

Choose Noor Capital If… / Don't Choose If…

Choose Noor Capital if:

  • You live in the UAE or wider GCC and want an CMA-licensed broker that holds your money onshore.
  • You value people over price. Walk-in offices, Arabic-speaking staff and a named relationship manager matter more to you than a few dollars per lot.
  • You want to fund in AED and skip conversion fees.
  • You need a swap-free account that is easy to request and backed by a local firm.
  • You want real shares and CFDs with one broker, through the GTN app and MT5.
  • You are learning and want structured Arabic courses through Noor Academy.

Don't choose Noor Capital if:

  • Cost is your top priority. Tickmill, IC Markets or Equiti's raw accounts are much cheaper per lot.
  • You want leverage above 1:100.
  • You trade from TradingView or cTrader, or build bots outside MQL.
  • You want the safety net of a compensation fund on a retail account.
  • You dislike sales calls. If you would rather not hear from a relationship manager, say so clearly when you open the account.

Final Verdict

Noor Capital's main strength is its local presence in the Gulf. Its CMA license, long history in Abu Dhabi, physical offices, AED accounts and Arabic-speaking support may appeal to clients who prefer dealing with a regional broker. Its GCC-focused education and access to real shares through the GTN app add to the offering. These features make it worth considering for cautious, long-term investors who value local service over low trading costs.

The drawbacks are clear. The 1.5–2.0 pip Standard spread makes trading more expensive than with specialist brokers, and UAE retail leverage is capped at 1:100. CFD trading is limited to MetaTrader, with no cTrader, TradingView integration or public API. Noor Capital's UK entity holds the FCA license but is relatively small, has reported declining revenue and mainly serves professional clients. Public feedback is also limited, with some reviewers raising concerns about account managers pressuring them to trade more or deposit additional funds.

So who should open an account? A UAE resident who trades a few lots a month, wants their money onshore and likes being able to speak to someone in Arabic will be well served. An active scalper, an algo trader outside MQL, or anyone chasing the lowest cost will do better at Tickmill, IC Markets or Equiti.

Noor Capital earns a BP Score™ of 62/100. Trade it for the trust and the service, not for the price.
